Responsibilities

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who is comfortable working with Senior Stakeholders and has proven experience putting in strong delivery practices across all required areas. You will be globally responsible for the successful delivery of programs and projects. You will work with the team of Project Managers and Team Leaders, focusing on technical delivery excellence as well as building sustainable organizations with strong management capabilities that support further grows. You will leverage the organization to combine local teams with the capabilities to scale at near-shore locations to maximize customer benefit.

As a Delivery Manager you will responsible for:

  • End-to-end service delivery for multiple Clients
  • Providing day-to-day leadership, management and coordination of all activities including goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project & program health and reporting, and problem resolution
  • Maintaining close relationships with Client stakeholders and a strong customer-focused service culture, with highest performance standards for quality, customer commitments and efficiency
  • Collaborating closely with technical experts, delivery organizations, account directors, and our sales team to coordinate pre-sale support and ensure we exceed customer expectations during projects execution
  • Building the delivery plans along with estimations on timeframes, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects
  • Managing delivery budget, preparing revenue and resource forecasts
  • New business development (RFIs, RFPs)
  • People management, conducting performance appraisals, coaching consultants in industry best practices and emerging engagement models, managing salaries within the organization to meet attrition and profitability goals
Skills
  • University degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Experience in people management and growing the organization
  • Experience in IT project management, including management of several projects in parallel
  • Prior experience with software development and good understanding of software engineering practices
  • Ability to build and maintain Client relationships in complex hierarchical environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English
